Presidential Dollar Values & Mintages

From 2007 to 2016 the Mint honored past presidents in the order they served, usually four coins a year, with a coin for George H. W. Bush added in 2020. Every coin shares a Statue of Liberty reverse.

The date, mint mark and E PLURIBUS UNUM are lettered on the edge, as was IN GOD WE TRUST until it moved to the obverse in 2009. Some 2007 coins left the Mint without that lettering and became known as "Godless dollars". After 2011 the coins were made only in the numbers collectors ordered, so later mintages are far lower.
